Luba Kotzeva appointed  as Non-executive Director starting from 1 March 2026, bringing over 26 years’ of energy & clean power advisory experience to the Board  

Dublin, 22 January 2026:

NTR plc, a leading sustainable infrastructure investor and asset manager, is pleased to welcome Luba Kotzeva to its Board of Directors, as a Non-Executive Director.

Luba has over 26 years of experience providing strategic and transaction advice to corporates, sovereigns and infrastructure investors with a sector focus on power, energy, utilities and infrastructure. Throughout her career, Luba has advised on over £60bn of M&A and capital raising transactions relating to over 60GW of power, 75% of which related to clean energy. Luba has deep experience across the sector including solar, onshore and offshore wind, nuclear, batteries, retail, waste, water, networks and energy transition (carbon capture, hydrogen).

Luba’s most recent role has been Head of EMEA Power, Utilities and Energy Transition and Co-head of EMEA Infrastructure & Utilities at Deutsche Bank, prior to which Luba spent 3 years at Lazard and  22 years at Rothschild, where Luba was Global Head of Solar & Nuclear Power and part of the senior leadership for the global Energy & Power team.
