L&G NTR Clean Power Transition IV SCSp Fund

This Article 8 fund builds on NTR and L&G’s first joint strategy, the L&G NTR Clean Power (Europe) Fund III. The strategy targets investments across Europe in clean power and the enabling infrastructure needed to support electrification and the next phase of the energy transition. To date, the fund’s portfolio comprises projects across 15 locations in Finland, Sweden and Ireland.

Fund 3 - L&G NTR Clean Power (Europe) III SCSp RAIF

This Article 9 fund combines the sustainable infrastructure expertise of NTR with the stewardship and institutional network of LGIM, one of Europe’s largest asset managers, to tackle the climate emergency. It has targeted investments in wind, solar and energy storage across all stages of the life cycle and holds projects in 14 locations across six European countries.

Fund 2 - NTR Renewable Energy Income Fund II

This fund’s wind, solar and energy storage projects span 27 locations across six European countries. Construction of the final assets is now complete with all sites fully operational and collectively producing enough clean energy to power circa 205,000 homes.

Investments Managed

Through our funds, NTR manages wind, solar and energy storage projects in over 80 locations across seven countries in Europe.

NTR Wind 1 LP (Fund 1) was launched in 2015 and its investment phase completed in 2018.

NTR Renewable Energy Income Fund II (Fund 2) was launched in 2018 and its investment period completed in 2022.

L&G NTR Clean Power (Europe) III SCSp RAIF Fund (Fund 3), was launched in 2023 and completed in 2026

L&G NTR Clean Power Transition IV SCSp Fund (Fund 4), was launched in 2026 and is currently in its investing period
