Dublin, May 17, 2021: NTR today announced the €115m financial close of its 86MW Norra Vedbo wind farm located in the county of Jönköping, in Southern Sweden. Reichmuth Infrastructure II CIP joins as co-investor into the project alongside NTR’s Renewable Energy Income Fund II, while Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB), is providing debt finance.

Dublin, 24 February 2021: NTR has acquired a 54 MW portfolio of co-located solar and battery storage projects in Co. Wexford, Ireland from renewable energy developer RES. The portfolio comprises two battery storage projects adding 25 MW of storage capacity to the Irish grid network, along with 29 MW of solar PV. Two of the solar projects were awarded 16-year CFD tariffs in the inaugural Irish RESS-1 auction and the battery storage projects will apply to provide grid services through the Irish DS3 grid services scheme. The portfolio of projects will enter operations in 2022.

Dublin, January 6, 2021: NTR has added a further 48 MW to its renewable energy platform through the acquisition of the Artigues et Ollières wind farm, located in the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region of France. The project was acquired by the NTR Renewable Energy Income Fund II, a wind, solar and energy storage fund that operates across a number of European markets. Total costs for the project amount to over €90 million. The project, which comprises 22 Vestas turbines, has recently commenced operations.

Dublin, 9 September, 2020: NTR’s portfolio of European wind and solar assets produced enough clean energy to displace 166,262 tonnes of CO2 emissions during its most recent financial year, which is enough to offset 482,159 passenger flights[1] from London to New York. This is just one of the facts disclosed in the NTR ESG Annual Report 2020, which was launched today.
