Gorey battery storage 9 MW and Avonbeg battery storage 16 MW are contracted to provide DS3 (Delivering a Secure, Sustainable Electricity System) services to Ireland’s transmission system operator, EirGrid.

The portfolio was acquired from ecoJoule GmbH and eolec SAS, members of the German developer deanGruppe.

NTR PLC to equip all of its wind farms in Europe with the EPSILINE WindEagle solution

Dublin, 31 January, 2023:  NTR PLC, a leading sustainable infrastructure investor and asset manager, has chosen the WindEagle solution for deployment on all its wind farms in Europe. This follows successful “proof of concept” testing in France and Ireland, which demonstrated the high potential value of the equipment and the analysis capability of Epsiline. As a result, the WindEagle solution is now being deployed on NTR’s wind farms in Ireland, UK, Italy, Sweden and Finland, with a view to monitoring and optimising the entire fleet.
