Celtic Anglian Water

Established in 1998, Celtic Anglian Water (CAW) is the largest private provider of operations and maintenance solutions for water infrastructure in Ireland. CAW operates and maintains the Ringsend Wastewater Treatment Plant for Dublin City Council, which is amongst the largest and most advanced wastewater treatment plants in Europe. CAW also operates drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities for other towns and cities around the country, including Sligo and Waterford. CAW is a leading provider of water metering, billing, revenue collection and call centre services for its clients.

CAW competitively tenders for further O&M and DBO contracts under the government’s National Development Plan, for the delivery of new and upgraded water and wastewater infrastructure, providing local authorities with cost effective services, enhancing the environments in which we work, and protecting the public health in the communities we serve.

The company holds a 20-year contract to operate the waste-water treatment plant that services Ireland’s capital city, Dublin, and surrounding counties. The 50/50 joint venture combines the in-house technical expertise of Anglian Water Group with NTR local knowledge of the Irish market.
