The Board of Directors is comprised of executive and non-executive directors who provide in-depth oversight of the organisation. The Board is responsible for NTR’s corporate governance and is ultimately accountable for the business’s strategy and performance.
NTR has also established a North America Advisory Board which is made up of a dedicated group of expert people who guide and support NTR’s wide-ranging interests in North America. The Advisory Board comprises recognised international leaders in the fields of renewable energy and sustainable waste management, public policy, economic development, financial markets and corporate governance.
